Hi, Apparently there had been problems with the showing desk reports that are now resolved. All agents can now access the system by logging on to the showing desk website http://www.showingdesk.com/login.cfm If you do not have a login name and a password contact Linda. This is a terrific system that you can access 24/7 to check on the Realtor response you been getting on your listings. Linda enters all the showing instructions given to realtors in the system so you have a record who called on your listings. Just a note regarding a related issue. On the right button column above the Showing Desk button you can access the Supra Key website. On that website you can identify which listings have which Lockbox. Once you have done that you can run different reports like a list with all agents and their contact information for each listing you have. Great for follow up with your fellow Realtors. Also a great tool to use in your weekly conversation with your sellers (If you do such kind of follow up with you clients). Best wishes, Malte
